Nomads are open to change. The tribe's identity is strengthened by the diverse environments in which it evolves. Adaptability to changing situations is the condition of nomadic life.
The most sedentary a society becomes the
less open to changes it is. The sedentary

spirits, hackers and nomads perpetually seek to tansverse
creatively.
The panoptical
system of surveillance described by Foucault examplifies the internal mechanisms
of the sedentary society, aiming at preventing the development
of alternatives social structures.
